Inspire Careers offers career assessment and profiling services that will provide insights into your personal strengths, motivations, and goals. Through an online assessment process and personal coaching, we will help you to identify your inherent talents and behavioral style, and more closely match your natural behavioral style to your career choices to achieve greater career success and satisfaction.
We use four career assessment tools with our clients: the CPI 260® Leadership Assessment, the FIRO® Business Leadership Assessment, the Myers Briggs Type Indicator®(MBTI®), and the Knowdell™ Career Assessment and Profiling program as described below.
CPI 260® Leadership Assessment
The CPI 260® Leadership Assessment contains 260 carefully selected items that are used to measure three vector scales (Interpersonal Approach, Intrapersonal Values, and Level of Satisfaction) and more than two dozen scales in five broad categories: (1) Dealing with Others, (2) Self-Management, (3) Motivations and Thinking Style, (4) Personal Characteristics, and (5) Work- Related Measures.
Additional interpretive results are provided pertaining to leadership capabilities, under five Core Performance Areas: (1) Self-Management (2) Organizational Capabilities, (3) Team Building and Teamwork, (4) Problem Solving, and (5) Sustaining the Vision.
The CPI 260® Leadership Assessment is provided online, and usually takes about 20-30 minutes to complete. A one-hour in-person meeting or telephone consultation is provided to evaluate results. Our fee for CPI 260® Leadership Assessment administration and evaluation of results is $275.

FIRO Business® Leadership Assessment
The FIRO Business® Leadership Assessment presents key insights for relating to direct reports, superiors, and peers, influencing and negotiating, making decisions, and setting priorities. The assessment identifies existing communication and interpersonal dynamics that affect leadership success, detailing an individual’s strengths and providing development recommendations for improving leadership performance.
There are five key sections:(1) Relating to Coworkers, (2) Relating to Management, (3) Relating to Direct Reports, (4) Handling Negotiation and Conflict, and (5) Making Decisions and Setting Priorities.
Knowdell™ Career Assessment and Profile
Using the Career Development Model developed by Richard Knowdell, we offer a four-step career profiling process to help you to:
- Understand your career values, motivated skills, vocationa interests, and personal style,
- Explore your full range of possible career options,
- Focus on the best and most attainable career option(s) for you; and
- Develop a plan to reach your goal(s)
The Career Decision-Making Profile uses Knowdell™ Card Sorts developed by Richard Knowdell, and can be administered in person, or mailed to you and administered via phone instruction.
We will provide two hours of in-person or phone consultation to administer the assessment, evaluate your results, and explore career options. Our fee for Career Profile administration, interpretive materials, and evaluation of results is $300.

Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® / MBTI®
The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® is one of the best known and most trusted personality tools available today. The MBTI® can be used to understand an individual’s preferences for drawing energy from others or from within, receiving and communicating information, decision-making, and lifestyle / work-style choices. The MBTI® can also be used to better understand individual differences and uncover new ways to work and interact with others.
The MBTI® assessment is provided online, and usually takes about 20 minutes to complete. A one-hour in-person meeting or telephone consultation is provided to evaluate results. Our fee for MBTI® administration, interpretive materials, and evaluation of results is $175.
